How Are Our Website Packages So Affordable?

We are looking to gain a long-term business relationship with you, so we have priced out our monthly web design packages at a rate that is sustainable for both of us! Our plans include a WordPress website, website hosting, maintenance, backups & uptime monitoring – PLUS a local, web design rep right in the area! Just maintenance, hosting, and support alone for these packages would cost at least $65/month!

Also, all of our work is done in-house so our overhead is lower compared to other “middle-man” website companies so we can pass the savings on to you!

Simply put, we have designed these packages to ensure that you not only have a website, but that it is maintained, evolves with your business, and is up and running even when you don’t have time to check!

I BOUGHT A PLAN. WHAT’S NEXT?

You will receive a questionnaire requesting information that we need to get started on the website. This will include information about your business (contact info, business hours, location..etc), as well as each page you’d like on the site.

The website design process will begin! This will take around 2-3 weeks to get the initial template up to show you.  On some of your pages, you may see what we call IPSUM LOREM text – which is just placeholder text that we will replace with your content once given to us

We will send you a URL for the staging site created for your business. You can then review and provide the design team with feedback. The design team with then make the changes to your website to meet your approval. We are not happy until you are happy!

The last step to make your site live is to point your domain to our web server. We can give you instructions on how to do this, or you can have us perform the point free of charge! And your website is up!

Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on how many features and pages your website has, it can take between 2-4 weeks on average. The quicker you can get back to us with page content and changes, the quicker we can develop the site!

We have absolutely no set up fees! Just pay $1 to get the process started. We will bill you for the rest of the monthly charge on the 15th of each month.

No. Our websites have no contracts and are paid on a month-per-month basis.

You can contact us at any time through our contact form and one of our friendly web designers will get back to you!

Our free revisions stop once the website is up. However, based on your package, you will receive 15-60 minutes of work each month. If your changes are beyond the scope of your package, we will let you know BEFORE we start the work! From there, if you do decide to continue with the changes, we will send you an invoice for the work done. Our hourly charge is $139.99/hour. An example of a task that would take 10 minutes would be if someone who owned a hair salon website asked us to change out pricing on their menu or asked us to add a few images to their gallery.
